Epic Author Event Giveaway, Week 2!

Hey! Thanks to everyone who entered last week for a fabulous signed book! There are still going to be a ton of chances to win if you weren't last weeks winner. And remember, every entry from the weekly contests goes into a big pot for the GRAND PRIZE DRAWING of one signed book from each participating author! (Seven books total, all for YOU!) So your entries from last week are still in play!

So, in case you're new here, here's the deal:  There is an EPIC author event scheduled for Powell's Books in Portland Oregon on April 17th! It will feature a panel of SEVEN fabulous authors, and I'm humbled and privileged to be included among them. There will also be EPIC, ONE OF A KIND SWAG for all who attend! (More deets on that later.)

The authors are:
Mindee Arnett (The Nightmare Affair), Leigh Bardugo (Shadow and Bone), Sarah Fine (Sanctum), Kristin Halbrook (Nobody but Us), Ingrid Paulson (Valkyrie Rising), Kody Keplinger (The DUFFA Midsummer's Nightmare) and moi. =)

So, the contest: One winner will be chosen randomly each Friday until April 12th, and they will have their pick of any of the above authors' books, signed! Yep, FREE BOOKS just for you, because you know I love you, right? So, here's what you have to do. Just fill out the form below by Friday March 8th at noon PST. If you want extra entries, Tweet or Facebook links to this contest and include the links on the form, and for a bonus entry, answer the following question in comments:

What book(s) have you read in the last year that scared the snot out of you?

Good luck!

  1. A book that I read that scared the snot out of me? I'd have to go with Lockdown by Alexander Gordon Smith

  2. Well, I haven't read many horrors lately, so I can't say in that sense, but a book that did quite a lot of psychological shizer on me was Slated (Slated #1) by Teri Terry. Btw, I've entered as Sadaf Habibi, I'm not sure if my response went through and I hope this answer was enough!

  6. I don't read books that scare me. I will say I was afraid at the end of NOBODY that I wouldn't be happy with the ending. Thank you.

  7. Thank you for the giveaway! Well I never actually read horror books, last year. When I was a kid I read Goosebumps and it gives me nightmares, and I still remember some part of the story.

  8. Not a big fan of horror books (unless we talk about Stephen King's books), but the scariest one I've read lately would be Let the Right One In by John Ajvide Lindqvist.
    Thanks for a giveaway! :)

  10. Tell what book you've read in the last year that scared the snot out of you.

Well I'm not one for truly scary stories most of the time but I Hunt Killers by Barry Lyga was certainly a creepy one. Here's my review :) http://froze8.blogspot.com/2012/10/i-hunt-killers-by-barry-lyga-review.html#.UJHW-Y6qNEU
